The first session of the Annual General Meeting of the ILO Staff Union will be held on Thursday, 15 February 2024, at 1.30 p.m. (online, by Zoom).
The following agenda is proposed:
1. Election of a Chairperson of the AGM.
2. Adoption of the agenda (SU/AGM/2024/1/D.1).
3. Discussion of the draft Programme and Strategy of the Staff Union for the year 2024 (SU/AGM/2024/1/D.2).
4. Adoption of the budget for the financial exercise 2024 (SU/AGM/2024/1/D.3) and of the financial exercise 2022 audited by the Auditing Commission (SU/AGM/2023/2/D.3 Add).
5. Question and answer session (based on questions received from members)
6. Other business.
Union members who wish to submit a draft resolution to the General Meeting should see that the text of the resolution reaches the Staff Union Secretariat (Room 6-016) as soon as possible and at the latest by 1 p.m., Tuesday, 13 February 2024, preferably in English, French and Spanish.
