Annual General Meeting, second session – 17 October 2024

In conformity with the Staff Union Rules, the second session of the Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 17 October 2024, at 1.30 to 4 p.m., in Room E (temporary building, R1-North).

The following agenda is proposed:

The following will be discussed:

– What do members want to know about?
– Collective bargaining and status of the negotiations
– How does the Union serve its members, and how is it organized internally?

– Statement by the Interns’ section

Union members who wish to submit a draft resolution to the General Meeting should see that the text of the resolution reaches the Staff Union Secretariat (either delivered to Office 6-016 or sent by email to syndicat@ilo.org) as soon as possible and at the latest, by 10 a.m., Tuesday, 15 October 2024, preferably in English, French and Spanish.
